Nature of the service
Mandir Vedas is an independent devotional service and a NadiVedas brand. It coordinates puja-related fulfilment, customer communication, video proof and optional Prasad delivery. It is not an official temple administration, temple committee, government body or travel authority.
Temple access, religious observances, recording opportunities and fulfilment schedules are affected by priests, local rules, weather, security and crowd management. Mandir Vedas cannot override those conditions or guarantee restricted access.
Your responsibility
- Provide accurate devotee names, gotra, WhatsApp number, email and delivery address.
- Review quantities, add-ons, delivery country and the total amount before payment.
- Contact customer care immediately if information needs correction.
- Use delivered videos and private access links respectfully and lawfully; do not misuse another customer’s link or personal information.
Pricing and payment
The binding amount is the total shown immediately before the customer proceeds to PayU. It reflects devotee count, additional gotras, selected Prasad boxes, the optional video and applicable international delivery fees.
A payment attempt does not create a successful order until the payment provider returns a successful result. If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, contact customer care with the transaction reference so it can be reviewed.
Fulfilment and communication
The team may contact you for clarification when a name, gotra, address or contact detail is incomplete. Delays caused by incorrect details, non-response, weather, access restrictions, courier controls or force-majeure events are handled according to the circumstances.
Proof videos and tracking links may be delivered through private customer pages, WhatsApp or email. Keep private links confidential. Mandir Vedas may replace a link or access method when required for security or reliability.
No guaranteed spiritual or personal outcome
Puja and prayer are matters of faith. Mandir Vedas does not promise healing, protection from every event, financial gain, relationship change, legal success or any other guaranteed outcome. Nothing on the website replaces medical, financial, legal or mental-health advice.
